These terms and conditions are provided by LNSK Limited (referred to as ‘us’, ‘our’ or ‘we’ in these terms) operating the website kutzandkrafft.com and set out the terms and conditions under which you may use our website. Your use of this website constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you do not accept the terms and conditions, then you may not use the website.
These terms and conditions may be revised at any time by us updating the website. Changes to these terms and conditions will be effective immediately when they are posted on the website. We reserve the right to close any, or all, of the website at any time, and to amend or correct any website content, with or without prior notice.
Description of Products
Each product on this website is listed subject to its Product Description. We take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was posted on the website.
We do not give any warranty, condition, guarantee or representation, express or implied, relating to the information contained on this website or on any website to which it is linked.
We make no representations or warranties concerning the accuracy, completeness or suitability for any purpose of the information and related graphics contained on this website, or on any website to which it is linked.
We do not warrant that our website or any website to which it is linked or any relevant server are free of computer viruses or other harmful applications.
These provisions (terms, conditions, disclaimers and exclusions) shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ireland.
Completing a Sale
The technical steps required to create the contract between you and us for online purchases are as follows:
1. You place the order for your products on our website by pressing the confirm button at the end of the checkout process. You will be guided through the process of placing an order by a series of simple instructions on our website.
2. We will send you an order confirmation e-mail detailing the products you have ordered. This is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from educationaltoys.ie
3. As the product is shipped from our warehouse we will send you a despatch confirmation e-mail.
4. Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the despatch to you of the products ordered.
5. You will be separately notified in the event that we do not accept your order, or where you have otherwise cancelled your order.
6. A contract is formed between us when (and not before) we despatch your order.
You have the right to cancel your order at any time before the order starts its delivery journey to you. Cancel by e-mailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. In the event of you cancelling your order before the order starts its delivery journey to you we will issue you a refund for the total value of your order including any postage and packaging charges. We will refund you within 30 days of the cancellation of your order.
Once you receive your order you have 30 days to decide if you wish to return it. The 30 days start from the day after you receive the goods. If you decide you would like to return the goods, the goods need to be returned to us at your own cost and it is your responsibility that the items reach us safely. If the goods are returned in perfect condition and with their original packaging we will issue you with a full refund minus any direct costs associated with the postage and packaging. Please note that the goods returned to us must be in a resellable format and we unconditionally reserve the right not to refund you if the goods are not returned in a suitable condition. We will refund you within 30 days of the return of your order.
We regret that we do not accept returns on personalized or made to order products unless faulty.
If upon receipt of delivery you find that your goods are faulty, incorrect, missing parts or have been damaged in transit, please notify us immediately by e-mailing email@example.com. You have 7 days to notify us of any issues from the date of delivery.
Our policy is to offer to repair, replace (at our own cost) or refund your purchase. In the event of the damaged goods being part of a discontinued product line we will offer you an exchange or refund. We regret that we cannot be held liable to repair, replace or refund goods that have been damaged during the assembly of the products, or that have been altered or repaired in any way. We also cannot be held liable to repair, replace or refund goods that have been the subject of any damage or accident resulting from a negligent, wilful or innocent act or omission of the customer, or through use that is not in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. We strongly recommend against the use of power tools during the assembly process. In all cases where damaged products are reported to us, the items need to be returned to our offices unused. We will arrange a suitable date with you for our delivery company to collect the items at our own cost. In the unlikely event that your items have a defect, e.g. missing parts, please advise us so we can arrange a dispatch of replacement parts to you as soon as possible. Delivery times for replacement parts vary depending on the product but if they are held in stock they will be sent out on our next working-day-delivery service at our own cost.
These terms and conditions, and all disclaimers and other material on our website, are governed by and written in accordance with Irish law. Any disputes shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts, to which both parties submit.
